What happens to orphans who are never adopted? are they just euthanized when they turn 18?

do they try to accomodate housing for you?

Are they willing to pay for college or at least cosign on a loan?

They're willing to help you get started with college before you turn 18 but housing is pretty much up to you after the fact. They tell you throughout your teens that you need to establish a safety net NOW and not later. Once you turn 18, they pretty much cut you off completely and you're on your own. I was lucky because I got to move in to my college dorm before I was homeless but some people aren't so lucky. But no, they aren't willing to pay for college or anything. You take on that debt yourself and hope for the best.
