My best friend got diagnosed with cancer. Doc gives him 5 years at best. Prognosis isnt good.

I am feeling pretty down. Not to mention he once asked me to be the godfather to his kid. I said yes at the time and do not intend to back out. If his grandparents are too old, i may end up godfather to an autistic black kid.

I feel a bit overwhelmed.
