>Imagine something so strongly it's like I actually heard / saw it
I keep forgetting the real world. This can't possibly be safe.

Sounds Iike schizophrenia
>literally cant barely imagine things other than vivid images
can imagine sounds really well though
I wouldn't worry too much. It depends on how complex these thoughts are. Is it just a quick sound, or are you having trouble telling if entire conversations are real?

>think I'm awake
>suddenly wake up
>think I'm asleep
>realize I'm awake a while later

You have become a god.
The only thing you can perceive are your sense perceptions. The fact the you can manipulate them freely is already a divine act.

The sounds are mostly only one or two words long.
The images can be more complex though. If I'm walking / driving I may suddenly realize I've been lost in my head for 10 minutes. I wouldn't remember anything I've seen; it's like my vision was replaced with my thoughts

>Figure out I'm dreaming
>Convince myself I'm actually awake
>Wake up
STOP THIS

That's called dissociation. Non-severe dissociation is pretty normal and isn't a sign of anything very serious. It can be caused by being under a lot of stress but also from boredom and isolation.
>imagine a girl so hard you can smell her hair
Having imagination is not a disorder. Humans, contrary to the growing psychological propoganda put out there to create unthinking zombies, are capable of vast feats of consciousness. Not a "problem" caused by stress but a talent or skill that is suppressed by social/mind control, environmental and dietary toxicity (eg fluoride)
Nigga sometimes when I want to listen to a song I just listen to it in my head
I'm not "mentally ill" it's just called having a good memory

What if something happens while I'm driving? It's not safe at all.

I do this.also nice digits

That's called self-control and attention span. These are the problem, not the imaginatory abilities. Work on those, don't hamper your personal, spiritual and intellectual growth by identifying things which are positive skills as the problems.
>turn his imaginations real
>this is somehow bad
Literally endless potential.
