I'm a loser with social anxiety. I try really hard but I just feel like I'm not making that much progress. I want to be genuinely happy. I want friends and I want to be accepted. I want to laugh and I don't want every day to feel like a chore to get through.

Get off the internet and start exercising for 3 hours every day. That sorted me out. Make sure you eat properly too.
