Is there anywhere in Europe with decent jobs for unskilled laborers and plenty of affordable apartments? I want to move out but there are no apartments in my city.

There's some website that lets you stay with someone on a farm or something and work for your living. I can't remember what it's called, workaway or something. They're in a lot of countries, my cousin pretty much lives overseas in different places.
