can relate. nothing worse than having to scrape dried shitwater from the floor.
proper plunging technique is key. wait till the water level is a bit lower so it won't splash everywhere, make sure you have a tight seal, the pull up and down quickly, repeatedly. dont exercise too much force, just have patience and pull the plunger out every now and then to give it a chance to flush.
