mental illness is just a variety of labels applied to various behaviors that are dysfunctional socially, or self-destructive. most of these are conditioned and then reinforced, then treated by doctors to be some innate, unchangeable or genetic thing that requires mild forms of poison for a low fee to "manage".
this applying if a label and life-sentence is defeating; you come to think something is inherently wrong with you, instead of realizing that your behaviors have been conditioned and can be unconditioned as well.
