It was a combination of factors.

By that point I was being homeschooled, I rarely left my house(nor do I now for that matter), and I had already grown to hate the majority of people my own age. It's not easy to find a gf when I'm not in high school and I have no desire to really listen or interact with other people, with also very minimal capacity to mask this.
