OP here. You keep yourself busy. Do you have any friends? If I hadn't made friends in high school/college I would have probably killed myself years ago. I gave up on women long ago, but making friends isn't impossible. If I'm not at work or the gym, I'm probably hanging out with friends, they come over to my place a lot of the time because my living room is like the perfect man cave.

If you don't have any friends I can't really tell you how to make them, because I made my good friends spontaneously. But my two tips are 1) don't care about embarrassing yourself and people judging you because it'll only deter you from talking to people.
