I am an introvert with loud and confident social skills.

I am absolutely exhausted by conversation and I am energised by being alone and day dreaming. But I'm easily the most energetic and obnoxious person I know.

Conversely I also know extroverts who never stop feeling like talking, who also happen to have awful social skills.

Introverted =/= socially awkward, extroverted =/= socially adept, however introverts tend to be socially awkward due to having less social practice and vice versa

stop misusing terminology. I, and everyone else who knows what they're talking about cringes every time they hear someone get mixed up with these terms.
