>7-8 years old
>sunday morning
>sleeping till late as usual
>mom comes in
>"get up anon ,it's time for breakfast"
>Slowly gain conciousness
>look around
>ray of light comes from slightly opened window
>try moving my head
>CAN'T
>same is for my arms and legs
>feel something of soft and furry touching my cheek
>it's a tail
>a cat like pic related is now going around me purring and stroking on me
>piss myself
>cat goes on last time behind my head and it's gone.
>can move now
>run in living room
>tell mom about it
>"it's ok Anon , it was just a nightmare"

>17-18 y/o
>sleep
>wake up at 3:30-ish
>cant move
>wtf
>sudden intense feeling of fear unlike anything Ive ever felt, even in my worst nightmares
>see EXACTLY pic related. It's uncanny how similar the pic looks like what I saw
>crushing feeling in chest
>can't breathe
>feels like the entire house is resting on my chest
>pray "our father" as fast as I can
>as I say the last words and "amen", I wake up instantly
>covered in sweat, heart beating at 26,492 BPM, still panicking
>realize it's all good now
>fall asleep in an hour or so

I've had a fair share of scary experiences both in real life and in dreams and none of them even compare to what I felt. Like staring Fear in the eye.

Also during the dream I was convinced it was Satan or at least some demon

>taking a nap
>wake up half asleep
>hear someone cursing in distance
>look at arms
>I have 3 of them

>try to move them but can't
>the cursing gets louder to the point where it is unbearable
>after good 2 minutes a jolt goes through the body and can move again

>8 years old
>go to sleep
>had been thinking about freddie krueger for the past few days
>weird static sound
>open eyes, see freddys claws appear in front of the wardrobe ahead of my bed
>slowly pokes his head out and stares at me grinning
>think im going to die because he can kill me in my dreams

i didnt know what sleep paralysis was back then.

I've always slept on my side specifically to avoid sleep paralysis, sounds traumatising

>be 14, obsessed with /x/ at the time
>used to watch 'screamer' videos all the time for lelz
>that specific face of the girl from the exorcist (the one that pops up during the scary maze game) seemed to scare me most
>kept watching them despite loosing the thrill and becoming more scared of them
>that girls face freaked me out the most

>dream that I'm browing 4chan
>in my dream I open a gif of that face, its tinted red with static coursing over it
>my eyes are now open but I can still see it, overlaying my vision
>it zooms in closer and closer, then zooms back
>in a state of constant suspense and pure terror for god knows how long

that face still freaks me out, I cant bear any kind of jumpscare anymore
