If you look out on the internet, you can already find forms for "consensual intercourse", which basically serves as a proof that you didn't rape.

Otherwise, men have no way of defending themselves: it's up to your reputation and the reputation of the girl that accuses you of rape.
And thing is: even if you are legally innocent, the stigma of "rape" still follows you, because it is one of the worst crimes in society, even worse than murder in most cases.
So no matter what you do, your life is ruined if a woman ever calls you a "rapist".
