I think I've finally worked the habit of biking 2-4 hours a day 5 days a week. I am keeping my diet the same. Maybe I will finally feel and look healthy. I also eat more plants now, but it doesn't stop me from eating junk too. Idk what the topic of this thread is supposed to be, I guess I would like to hear your stories or current mood about fitness.

Wrong. The only sweeteners that aren't complete toxic waste are date sugar, molasses, and xylitol.
Cane sugar is a simple sugar, and just as bad as any other simple sugar, or splenda, or aspartane, etc.
