Very little, last year I bought a cake but never got around to eating it. I usually just go for an 'all-day-walk' where I just go wherever and do whatever, it clears my head usually.

But I'm turning 30, I feel like im 18 again and telling my dad I "don't want a party" again, im sick of these feels.
