I've sought truth with varying degrees of focus for more than half my life.

In the past five years I've mostly distracted myself from it with media consumption, though.
Whenever I felt like I was growing and finding things, I felt like I desperately wanted to share my journey with a partner.

But nobody wanted a stupid "enlightenment" weirdo like me.

It sounds like your desire to communicate your findings is preventing you from carrying on. I have two things to tell you, one is that even if you know the truth it can't be shared because it's indescribable. Two is that finding truth is a journey that can only be taken alone.

If it really is desire (it doesn't matter what kind) that is causing you pain in your quest for truth, then figure out what desire is. How desire is born of experience and self projection. "How lovely it would be if I had that." Desire is very self centered and egotistical, but what is the self? Am I nothing more then a construct composed by thought? If I am then I am nothing more then a jumble of memories, experiences, and projections out of those memories and experiences. And finally, is there any truth in any thought? Is there any truth in any feeling or sensation?

Once you reach enlightenment you don't need anything else. You are the light of your own life. And this light radiates into the lives of others. Enlightenment is not easy but don't give up because your ego made you feel bad. Don't listen to anything the ego has ever told you, question it always.

I've read 150~ actual finance/business books along with innumerable pdf's, videos, talks. I'm a certified financial professional. I have a college degree. I'm 22 years old.

The more I learned about money and the way the world works, the more depressed I've become. The activities of The Federal Reserve, The World Bank/IMF and their activities foreign nations in order to destabilize them, fractional reserve banking, offshore tax-havens, offshore shell corporations/trusts/LLCs/bank accounts, bailouts, the devaluation of currency the more of it that is created by the Fed/fractional reserve banking_

The elite in this world play life by a set of rules that is utterly alien to the general public whom that been fed certain memes for their entire lives.
People lash out at some of the poorest people in their countries that have to rely on benefits/welfare in order to survive. They lash out at people who are barely living at the poverty line, "I'm a taxpayer! Why do these people get to sponge off my money?" these people should be directing their attention towards the biggest sponges of society, the elite. The elite utilize geo-arbitrage and pick nations with favorable clandestine banking regulations and favorable corporation regulations all in order to bypass paying taxes towards any nation and commit undetectable fraud while hiding away fucking TRILLIONS in precious metals, real estate, and capital. You're going to bitch about a poor person when there's over 30 TRILLION USD sitting in a multitude of offshore accounts doing absolutely nothing, just sitting there?

I don't really know what to do any more with my life. Values that I held my entire life are constantly challenged. I feel like I have to unlearn things that I've been taught since birth. Everything seems like a meme or an icon that I was raised to hold sacred. I never created this society. I never created these rules. I don't want to play this game. I don't know what to do anymore.

Is the morality of society actually morality? Or does morality not exist and only integrity? The difference is morality is universal, while integrity is personal.

Each one of us wants to live true to ourselves. We have ideals and morals we pursue and uphold. But these are just ideas, and no idea is a fact or truth. All ideas are images, and no image is ever complete. Not in the mind anyways. Let's start with this, you've seen the hypocrisy of the world. You've seen greed at it's worst. Why are people like that? Why are people hypocritical and greedy? Could it be that it's in their nature, that they are self centered? If it is so, then it is a human condition that we all share. Because we all have the same nature, it doesn't matter if your experience is different from another. We are all conditioned, instinctively, culturally, etc. At the very core of your being you are the same as everyone else. Just struggling to survive. But what is survival? Is it nothing more than a prolonged duration that strives to endure longer? If it is so, does that have any truth in it? That means does the survival stand for anything or is it merely what it is?

Tell me what you think. Can a man who has ideals every be completely secure? Or is he always at conflict with his own self. Thinking he is one thing and wanting to be another.

The answer is found in your self when the self is not present. The truth is unknown and has nothing to do with what is known. It cannot be known. But you can be it because you are it. You're playing an identity game, that you are your name and your experiences and your property and your ideals and all that. But the real you which is the truth, is none of that. It has absolutely nothing to do with anything you have or ever will do.

Truth is found when the self, which is all that you are, any thought, any sensation or any feeling, that is you, is not. Only then when the mind is completely silent, not focused on anything to do with anything is it free to see things as they are. Because only then is it no longer biased and creating distortion.

Religion is about the truth, but any attempt to interpret religion is not the truth. You will find out what God really is when you no longer seek him and no longer want to not seek him. Because you won't be there anymore.

It's hard for me at this point to truly grasp what functions and actions we perform that are "innate" versus socially conditioned. As I said, I feel as if I have to unlearn things every single day.

Of course as biological beings we follow the same function as all other organisms. Acquire resources, retain resources, reproduce, etc. I don't think that we've biologically caught up to speed with the level of advancement that society is at. We want to believe in justice, in equality in a "fair and just world" so fucking incredibly badly, but it's just not like that, and perhaps it never will be. The powerful have always taken advantage and preyed upon the weak. The strongest animal will always be the one that is first in the pecking order.

Society is merely the relationship between people. Society is a reflection of humanity, it will not change unless the people who are in it change. The way society is today is a testament to our nature. How we really are. It doesn't matter what conditioning is instinctual and which is social, all that matters is that you are conditioned. Ask yourself if it is a fact you are conditioned. If you are, then you are operating on that conditioning. Anything you see or do is influenced by the conditioning. This means that any experience you have, and most of us have tried using experience to find the truth, is distorted and therefor not true. Due to the bias of conditioning there is no way to see clearly without the mind chiming in and saying what you should do next. Because it is programmed, you are just running the routine it has created.

If you can see this, then it matters not who's on top and who's on bottom. Leaders make people weak, because people rely on leaders instead of relying on themselves. Only a mind that says it will listen to nobody but itself can find truth. And if you look at human nature very closely, everything boils down to survival. After all we are products of evolution. Anything you've ever done is a modified form of survival to keep living and that's all there is to it.

But if you see that, then you realize that survival does not lead to the truth. For it's all you've been doing and it hasn't gotten you anywhere. So you look for an escape from survival, but thought is the only tool you have and it's a tool of survival. It's once you realize you are trapped, that there is nothing more you can do that you actually do nothing. You don't actively do nothing, this action of nothing requires no effort whatsoever. You just exist, and nothing more. No intrusion from thought, feeling or anything else that survival has created. Only then are you the true observer, looking at what is without any distortion. Then you know what you really are.
