Just keep at it dude, working towards the goal is better than obsessing over what's already done.

are you having the shakes if you try to do one?
lso getting fit is a meme

i don't get it thou i can do crunches, push ups why can't i do sit up
>>35344871
Getting /fit/ is a meme but there's nothing wrong with being active, and weight lifting/resistance training is a good way to lose fat
>>35344894
Sit ups are bad for your back anyways. Stick with crunches, modified planks, etc

what is wrong with getting fit i thought it was good to be healthy and yes i do get shakes i sit there and left my core half across the ground and try to force myself up and i sit there feeling tension in my center and i keep pushing and pushing and until i move my arm or leg off the ground/back of my head and get up to my knee and then i punch myself like an autist in anger my head is pounding right now

There are quite a few reasons why. Like maybe you just haven't had a real need for those muscles, and they've gone too soft. Just keep working at it and you'll be golden.

just maintain your body weight by eating correctly and get a little bit of muscle tone.
You don't need to exercise for that.

am i just doing something wrong i can do other exercises ok also i can do tons of regular sit ups when i am on my bed. am i too autistic to do a sit-up
Running helps build your core back up to basic, anon. Spend a few weeks jogging a few miles per two or three days out of each week, then try again.

Go to /fit/ and read the sticky. They also have a /fat/ general that may help you.
