Is staying awake for 3 days and triggering a psychotic episode a good idea to get out of any issues I'm having?

Has anyone tried this?
It seems like a pretty easy way to get out of things.

well you only need to be awake for over 48 hours to trigger it suposedly so I figured if I do 3 days or just continuous it should happen soon enough
