Anyone else get absolutely furious at even the thought of lifting weights? I can't even lift regularly because that fury pales in comparison to the absolute rage I feel when I actually lift. Makes me all tense and then I hurt myself and get even angrier.

bodyweight exercises (pushups etc) can help you ease into exercise that won't piss you off
