I keep a spare set of regular clothes and a spare set of scrubs in my car at all times so it's never much of an issue. I have a drawer over there that I can use so it's not a big deal - we usually meet up after work so she appreciates me not being in my scrubs after 12 hours in the hospital

You want to bring 'value' to any social situation. Be funny and positive and at some point you'll be rewarded(you become friends with someone, you get invited to something etc.) Don't start being a dick if this doesn't happen immediately

Just make a funny remark about something. Standard questions like how long have you been in the club etc. Also it's natural to be quiet when you know nobody so don't beat yourself up for not saying much

Yes I kept spare shirt, gym shorts, boxers, and socks in a backpack, along with toothbrush. I was always bringing something when I went over, be it a gaming console, computer, Card and/or board games, etc. I was great friends with her and her brother, and on good terms with her folks. But those times are over now. I barely leave the house but for work and practice.

Sports bars are very easy, literally just sit at the bar and say what's up or how you doing if the person by you (usually a seat gap) is by themselves. If you watch sports at all it makes for an instant ice break because you have something to talk about. As for university, just talk about what you talked about in class after class, then direct the conversation to something more fun. Don't sperg though, talking about math and then instantly trying to talk about your rogues DPS on bahamut 25. Talk about other classes or things going on around campus
