>most unhealthy I've ever felt in my life
>finally resolve to try and become a better person and start working out
>set up a full schedule along with meals
>start working out 6 days a week
>keep doing it for months
>by December 2016 I've made noticeable improvements
>gained 20 lbs since I've started working out and developed some muscle
>people start complimenting me a little bit
