where does your story start, op?
Welcome home anon
R9k can be good and comfy if you look past the shitposting and negativity
It really is a special place where a certain type of person fits in perfectly, mainly because it is the only place we fit in.
you sound like me 8 years ago

That feel when all the other boards didn't feel right and I only got on them once or twice a week
Ever since I stumbled upon /r9k/ by misclick I haven't been able to leave and have logged on this board for hours everyday since then
>this is my home I can be my real sad self here and it doesn't hurt

I was really down on my luck, depression was the worst it's ever been, my ex started telling lies to people about me, had no friends and i actually considered shooting up my school and ending my life out of repressed rage.
So out of boredom i started going to this "4chan" place people talked about.
/b/ was trying a bit too hard
/pol/ wasn't that intetesting since i hate talking about politics
And all the other where just...boring..
Then i tried /r9k/ and holy shit was i enligtened
