Hey guys, letting you all know I recently added /b/ and /r9k/ archives to my coveanteyes filter and I haven't actively masturbated while looking at porn....there are still temptations but I havent jacked off spefically to porn in about a week....my body was already conditioned to nofap so I only had withdrawal symptons for a few days....someone who is a nofap/porn freshie will take about 90 to 100 days to feel good by virtue of nofap.....Now I have a much much reduced emotional desire for sex and a gf.....I still get sad nogf but Im much happier, my desire for weed has diminished significantly....I feel more focus, more energy, I am more productive, I dont dread doing hw assignments atleast not to the same extant...
