Who /sleeps too much/ here?
I sleep over 10-12 hours a day. I try to have a regular 7-8 hour sleep time, but I just end up falling asleep sometime later in the day, if I don't immediately fall back asleep after turning my alarm off.
I have a feeling it's why I'm fat despite not eating too much and exercising, because I spend too much of the day shut down.
People tell me to use caffeine, but I hate the taste of coffee, and energy drinks are supposed to be bad for you.

I'm skinny and do this too. I've always slept extremely poorly since I was a child and always wake up throughout the night. Plus it takes like 1-3 hours for me to actually fall asleep a lot of the time. Whenever I've had to stick to a a schedule and wake up early (e.g. school) consistently I end up being tired all day every day for months and even less motivated than normal.

I have no problems falling asleep though. It's almost instantaneous for me, and I'm out until I wake up.

why does someone who sleeps for 12 hours a day and posts on r9k care if something might be bad for you.
plus they're only bad if you drink a couple everyday. One a day or one every couple of days is fine.

I envy you, OP, because I can only sleep 5-6 hours and I'm never well rested. also fat as fuck
i sleep for 10 hours untill i naturally wake up and just close my eyes again cause i dont wanna try and wakeup and close my eyes again periodically for a total of 15 hours than i can stay awake for an extra hour or 2 contemplating reasons to get up
