My first bike as an adult was way too big for me. Rode it like that for three fucking years.
Someone pointed out that the geometry was all wrong.
Got a bike that was the right size and my oerformance and enjoyment improved greatly.

Raleigh I've heard is a good quality brand so I just trusted them.

The bike that I got seems pretty good with the Corp discount. It has hydrolic disc brakes and 1x11 gears.
