Started off at like 120 pounds. I'VE been as big as 205 but with a lot more bodyfat. I like to hangout around a lean 175. I'm 6 foot so it fits me well.

Honestly don't fall for all the bullshit you see on fit. I got fucked hard by listening to the retards on forums telling me to eat whatever I could. I put on way to much bodyfat.

Look up johnny canditos lifting program and just run that while eating clean. Throw in some isolation work and a small amount of cardio and you're golden.
