Agatha expert here, she has already admitted on Tumblr and in her latest video with Elle, that she is somewhat mean irl and that she tries to be nice online. She actually does like the attention she gets online but this is partly because she is an introvert shut-in that doesn't get much social interaction irl. Her online persona is mainly a more refined and filtered professional version of herself which is pretty reasonable and obviously a good business model. I think the only people who are truly "nice" are ignorant idealists living in a fairy tale and probably all extroverts. I sometimes judge people in real life when I really on the inside wouldn't judge them and I don't really have a problem with them. Maybe it is how I was raised?
