Wouldn't a rapist in the woods have a much harder time getting away than a rapist in a city, when there are only few roads that can easily be patrolled by police? Also, a potential rapist would have to look much harder to find a woman in the first place. If the women can give a half-way decent description of the suspect, it shouldn't be too had to identify him in a sparsely populated area. In a city on the other hand, there are many places to hide.
