Your realtor should have gone through some of this with you. But, you need to do inspections, shop for a loan (which is the most important part, IMHO), get insurance lined up, things like that.

This. Just google home inspectors. I'm not sure how you're even able to buy a house cause I thought you needed an inspection to have your mortgage approved.

Go through bank pre-approval to see what you can actually finance.
Do a walk-through before making an offer. Get a home inspection done, the sooner the better, and get title insurance.
