I can't care enough about myself to do that, also I have no money to buy good food only the cheapest. Although there is a diet I found which works with all types of food, basically you only chew it up and instead of swallowing you spit it out, the small amount that remains in your mouth will be enough to feed you, so you are allowed to swallow that.

There is NO excuse not to be fat in this day and age. There's SO MUCH amazing food and so much variety you can literally eat something DELICIOUS 3 meals a day. It's seriously a TOTAL waste of life if you don't take advantage of the bounty of cornucopia of wealth of amazing FANTASTIC perfected modern food. Something as seemingly simple as a big mac or a bag of lays chips is a MIRACLE of modern science, it's a perfectly engineered foodstuff specifically made to be the MOST delicious possible thing you can eat. Huge corporations with MILLIONS of employees put serious effort into developing this stuff, they run taste tests on a MASSIVE scale to make sure that the food they're producing is literally perfect. I really can't overstate how much of a waste it is to just fucking starve yourself instead of enjoying to the fullest. Hundreds of generations of your ancestors barely survived off of whatever shitty food they could get their hands on and NOW that so much amazing food is available for everyone to enjoy you intentionally refuse to eat it. It's SAD and pathetic, it's like you hate yourself, I just don't understand it. I have no empathy for fat people, unless they are older women or intelligent men.

My housemate is 22 and at least 17 stone. She wake up late in the day, she cough-heaves loudly all the time, and she spends at least 7 hours a day watching movies with car chases & shoot outs on top volume. An absolute pig. I've knocked her door several times at 1am asking her to turn the volume down but the next night it's the same. I've taken to placing my fan against the wall and blasting it at top volume so the wall vibrates noisily.

This is my coworker to a tee. He eats super healthy lunches at work with a bottle of coke and a bag of chips. To be fair, he is eating less so he has lost some weight, but it's still kind of funny.
