Take some deep breaths. If you can't sleep prepare your outfit and gather your resume together. Have it all ready. Set your alarm...

Then turn off your phone, and lights. Take some deep breaths...and climb in bed. Sometimes masterbation or sex will help me relax. There's also a warm bath, but that personally rarely helps me.

I usually only sleep a few hours before my interviews. Lack of sleep is the equivalent of being slightly tipsy which helps my confidence a lot. Half of the interview is just being confident and making eye contact.
