I don't have either but I have acid reflux and I've thrown up 5 times in the past 2 weeks.
I hope you don't throw up anytime soon.

I'm sort of anorexic. I eat, but very little. Like today i had a ham sandwich and that's it for the day.

recovering bulimic here, well trying to anyway. It's so hard to resist the urge to puke when i feel food in my stomach, it's like an instinctual response to make myself throw up at this point.
I'm trying to make myself stop after seeing documentaries and shit about its effects

was anorexic for a few years, back in my early teens. After a few stints of treatment, I "got better" only to develop issues with binge eating (in treatment you basically sit around and eat all of the time, so I became conditioned to do the same once I was out). As of now, I still binge pretty regularly but I've also started to purge, which I know isn't good. I exercise regularly and try to eat healthy, but every once in a while the impulse overcomes me and I gorge. I only puke after such an episode, not if I stay within my caloric limits for the day. I'm very miserable; I think about food constantly and am always craving unhealthy shit. It's driving me crazy.
