>go to the gym
>forget to eat enough
>don't go to the gym
>eat enough for weeks at a time but don't exercise
>actually do some lifts
>don't understand how to do them with proper form
>wake up on time to go to the gym
>it's the only time I get up early enough to go that week
Why is this shit so hard, bros? I'm not exaggerating when I say that if I had weights in my house I would have been more confident years ago, but when I only have 30 minutes once or twice a week to use the equipment there's no way I'll be able to memorize correct form from a video and pull it off, and even when I do go to the gym twice a week I forget to eat enough so it ends up being a waste of time.

Just wake up in time, remember to eat enough and memorize your routines you dummy

All of those are hard but I have my routines memorized just not how to have perfect form because I don't have access to my computer at the gym and unless I watch the videos 20 times over and memorize them exactly I won't be able to replciate it when I'm actually at the gym since I usually only go at most twice a week for 30 or so minutes.
