What the fuck do I do robots? What did she mean by honking her horn? I haven't talked to her since high school and we've never shared a class at college.

Well then, if you see her again I'd still try to clear up the misunderstanding. She's going to think there's something wrong with you or with herself if you don't clear it when you see each other.
If you don't see her, then it's best if you just let it go. If you never have contact there's not much to lose.
