No, I removed the first M because there's no way the playerbase is going to become ((massive) and yes, mechanics are there, although a bit slow and clunky feeling for now since the netcode isn't optimized for higher pings.

If I can offer a suggestion:

If you want it to be successful, make it minimalist and accessible. Browser based, if at all possible.

Obviously you can't compete with Blizzard but Riot couldn't exactly compete with Valve. They did though, and they did it through accessibility. Their game is less demanding not only in terms of game mechanics, but also in terms of hardware and software.

Some great examples of 'success through accessibility' are things like slither.io.

I have a GDD for a game that would be simple in its gameplay, but rich in possibilities. Potentially including city v city raids. Shoot me an e-mail at [email protected] if you're interested in adding a member to your team.

Otherwise, if you're pretty set on your own ideas which it seems like you are, I'd love to help with testing.
