I'm usually hella quiet, but if anyone fucks with the 2 sort-of-friends I have, I get really angry. I'm not shaped up but I'm not a manlet either. Shouting works most of the time because I'm 6' 4'' and have a natural angry looking face.

I played football throughout hs and even though i was undersized and not very strong, I was 190 lbs. of psychotic rage. I began to identify with my anger because it was one sure fire way to never let anyone hurt you. Eventually a bunch of freshman parents demanded I be remved fro school because my reputation made their children feel threatened.

I've not encountered any normie who held out more than a few weeks in the club I'm at. Most guys getting into boxing and muay thai here are 25+, and definitely not normies. Be wary of mma (muay thai for kids basically), and east asian meme sports though, in my experience these are oversaturated with teenage chads and normals

I'm in west germany. If it's a bigger club, search for a phone number, call, and ask for a trial training, almost all clubs do this. If you like it, simply ask to come back, and for pricing info. If no phone number, literally walk up and just ask.

Most big general gyms also offer regular courses, if you don't want to go serious from the start, they usually have good pricing and a better learning curve for beginners
