Who else thinks that at 14 boys that are under 3 inches when hard should be made into sissies? It's really the best thing for them because girls would either cheat on them or never interact with them at all.

There would be a program where they are put into chastity, a key given to their parents and one to the school, for scheduled checkups. Then they would be given female hormone injections by the school nurse regularly as well as T blockers.

To promote this there would be additional high school credits given to students that applied for and did well in a sissy acceptance program as sissy teachers. Girls would typically join, but boys would be accepted too, boys could help a lot if a sissy was being bullied or harassed. This would smooth out the process for the sissy and their teacher would help them integrate into their new life as a girl.

When they turn 18 there would be a final test on etiquette and a supervisor would also receive reviews from the peer teachers as well as other students. Those who did well would be released from chastity and given an award.

Those who failed would be sent to a special boarding school that would also prepare them for a career such as maid, or secretary. Those who get their act together could even start on a course to be a nurse.

After a year, another review would be held. Those who passed would be released and would need to have a job in their relevant field within 2 months, the program would check in every few months but after a year with no problems its considered a success.

Those who are still having issues are kept in chastity, their key usually given to a boyfriend or sometimes girlfriend. The chastity device is changed for one that checks the amount of time the sissy is out of her cage. After it passes a certain limit the family is notified and then after 2 hours if it is not corrected the police are notified similar to how they handle other monitoring devices.

Afterwards the sissy would be in a near permanent cage.
