its called progress dummy, you're not gonna be a god in a day or even a month or hell even a year if you just started. the most important idea is to keep at it, eventually the results will show. I'm in the same place as you, I'm skinnyfat but doing strength workouts every other day has greatly improved my mood, my posture, and hell even a few girls have started to notice my change. Its small at first but trust me buddy, these mini victories is what keeps me going with this shit.
