I'd pick spagheti, but I live in a tiny apartment and that looks like a pretty big dog. He'd be cooped up in a 400 sqft cell most of the day.
Theodore seems like he could be trained pretty well and small enough he could be okay running around the living room.

Also, $600 is nice to get started, but you're going to be spending a lot more the first time something goes wrong and you have to take him to the vet. This assumes he's up to date on shots and has had a checkup before you take him home, otherwise that $600 is gone almost before he makes it into your house.
Tuna and Theodore seem like they require the least hassle. Daniel is alright too.

he looks like a Greyhound or some other sighthound, who are surprisingly good apartment dogs. They like to run fast but only for short bursts during the day and then they just lounge around. They are the cats of dogs
