This happens to me I live in a really broken down cardboard box of a house and i live in upstate ny and the wind literally every night every day for hours on end is blowing like 90 mph

I had to switch rooms and just sleep on the floor. It was actually comfier the wind against my poverty window is literally louder than my tv

Op here. I'm taking oxycodone. I took half of a 10mg to relax, and then the other half before going to bed. I was getting the itch right as I was falling asleep, and the the wind started picking up .

Yeah the Tylenol is bad in large doses. Don't overdo it. But its no different than taking a couple excedrin migraines every day. You could take 4 vics a day no biggie. Just drink plenty of water. Best to avoid excessive alcohol too. But having a few beers with a Vic won't cause any permanent damage.

Yeah I feel ya ojbthr paranoia , but I got less paranoid about things like that when I started mixing my habits. Once you take a few safe steps you'll relax decently.. And not just with drugs and alcohol.
