If I saw most of these people in real life I probably would think they were good looking / confident but for some reason seeing people posting their own pictures along with how good they think they look makes them come across as unnatractive / vulnerable to me for some reason, like I'm seeing through their mask.

I usually hate how I look in the mirror but for some reason I feel more attractive than half the people in this thread even though I know I'm not.

why are redditors so delusional? the vast majority of those users over rate themselves by at least 2.
usually on /r9k/, and hell even some /soc/ threads, people are quite realistic if not too harsh on themselves.
