Okay, say you've never been sexually active. The urologist doesn't care. If anything, dealing with a virgin makes their job for diagnosis and treatment easier as it removes a host of complications.

They see and hear it EVERY. FUCKING. DAY.
I got a real bad burning sensation in my dick and groin from using a fleshlight without cleaning it for like 3 weeks.
I was so terrified when I went to see the urologist to tell him. But I figured if I didn't tell him, maybe that would lead to him not finding out what was wrong with me. So I told him. Turned out to be a simple UTI. Said someone comes to him with that at least once a day.
And they never asked when the last time I had sex was. They just ask if you're currently sexually active, and if so, how many partners, and what their genders are.
Only thing I'll suggest is getting a male urologist. Maybe even an Indian or Asian one. Foreign doctors worked hard for their degree, and are in it for the medicine, so they won't judge you on shit. American doctors spent their whole time in college high, drunk, and hungover, and daddy paid their way. I imagine they'll secretly laugh at you.

And remember, no matter how bad you are, a doctor has seen a pt that's much much worse. You think you will be a memorable laughing stock for them, but you will be forgotten by the start of their next appointment.

They'll probably want to ultrasound your nuts. I had the same problem several months ago and they did that.
