I haven't been to the gym in 3 weeks, and I've been eating junk food and trash again. Stepped on the scales yesterday and noticed I gained a pound back, like I already lost all motivation to keep losing weight. It's not like I had a big weight loss goal, and I was already at the halfway point. All I need to do is lose another fucking 10 lbs, and hell some people might argue I'm not even really fat compared to people that are like morbidly obese but I do believe I was slightly overweight. I weighed 170 lbs and I wanted to weigh like 150 lbs if not 148 lbs or some shit.

trying to cut down my soda consumption but other than that can't be bothered to do much else. when you're hopeless and no one gives a shit about you food is one of the few things capable of bringing me any joy in life.
