That depends on who you're talking to. Generally you should get a feel for how they're responding unless you're not conversing in person. Personally I don't mind the questions and will ask some in return just to keep things equal. Give them as much as they give you.

It's trashy literature. Poorly written isekai wish fulfillment crap. The protagonist gets a second chance at life in a fantasy world full of swords and magic. He's got an unstoppable cheat-like power and is surrounded by a harem of beautiful girls who love him. All of them are basically like that.

It would be fine if I was a chuuni but I'm too old to be reading stuff like that any more.
