What drugs do you have?
I had few ssri, snri sadly nothing worked, for (small) fear and anxiety pregablin / diazepam works great, but for hardcore panic attacks only neuroleptics helps but at great cost of 15 hours of sleep and being zombie like.

Strange thing is that sometimes for few months a year i feel fine, i can get a job, work, travel, but for the rest of the year i can't mobilize, can't think or have panic attakcs.

I got 2mg clonazepam and seroquel.

I take the clonazepam sometimes because it makes me feel so comfy but i haven't in awhile and I've been saving it. My mom is supposed to give me my refill soon, she has no idea I saved up the pills.

Soon I'll have a bunch of clonazepam and get to spend a bunch of days comfy.

I take the seroquel every night though.

My record is at 8 months without setting foot outside. It's pretty comfy, honestly.

I've been on disability from work for the past 2 1/2 years.

It pays $70k per annum. I've set up everything on automatic payment.

I have to go out 1x a week for medical appointments, otherwise I stay home and sleep/listen to podcasts/watch movies/Steam.

I try to go to nearby Cafes when I have the energy. I sit alone and drink tea or coffee until the noise becomes to much.
