Yeah. I became very lactose intolerant after a period of not drinking milk. Suddenly 2 years later I'm back to normal. No clue what happened.

Which means your body doesn't produce the chemical needed to cleave the lactose properly (lactase). Some would argue that this means you're not White but tons of very dark people aren't lactose intolerant so it that doesn't make sense to begin with.

help! should i:

a) change into my shorts, head to the gym for my scheduled workout, and go to the library afterwords to catch up on the reading for the class I'm TA'ing for

b) take a nap (i'm pretty sleepy right now)

c) go the store, get booze, drink and play viddies for the rest of the day

If i do b or c (obviously) i won't go to the gym like I'm supposed to today or do any of my reading. But at the same time, it's not totally necessary that i do my reading. I'm only ta'ing after all, not actually taking the class. what do i do?
