Idk the exact reason, but it could be that it wasn't getting watched enough, it's well known by robots but I don't think it's that popular with normies. Or maybe the studio/company that made it didn't want it on Netflix anymore, who knows.

Watamote isn't really an accurate portrayal of female losers. Tomoko is a cute girl that acts like a boy loser, though that's part of the appeal. Princess Jellyfish is -a lot- more accurate portraying female losers, aside from the large friend group.
