how do you find the motivation to work out? The gym is filled with stupid chads and lifting weights is one of be most tedious activities anyone can do.

It's a painful reminder of how weak I am

I've gone to the gym before with my older sister who works out.
I guess I wasn't as insecure as I would be since I felt like people wouldn't judge me as badly since I was trying to improve myself.
I stopped going though since I came back to college, since I don't like going alone, and don't even know what to do by myself.

Hi amigos

I brought some dumbbells and started the muscle grind at home learning from youtube

and also brought some mass gain protein shake thats like 1200 calories of okayness from amazon

You can gain weight really fast and that'll make you wanna keep going and become a fitness man

PS if you smoke just quit now i shot up in weight after i stopped

I'll probably have to wait until after college when I have a job so I'll have money to buy dumbbells and protein shakes.
Also I don't smoke or take any drugs, not even caffeine.
And I did try doing the protein shake thing when I went to the gym, but it didn't do anything for me.
