I'm actually American and I do prefer the American system but i'd be lying if I didn't say it wasn't fucked and there could be a better one in place.

We spend too much time funding corrupt medical institutes that don't focus on any actual cures or treatment they make medicine for the specific purpose of making you live as long as possible while also draining you of your cash and possibly making you even more sick.
