I can fly round trip to boston for $150 I've never been

There's a lot to do, but a lot of the greatest parts of the Boston area are outside the city proper.

If we're just talking about IN the city, there are a ton of great restaurants (casual or fine dining), bars (regular or fancy pants ones), museums, all kinds of stuff.

There are some decent beaches too.

check out some of the nearby wilderness if you're into that, the best part of new england is the countryside imo

visiting the colleges is pretty cool, harvard/mit. thats basically what i did when i went there

I personally love Boston and went up there in the summer all the time when I was a kid
I couldn't tell you specifics but the food is really good as I recall
