Yeah stop eating so much sugar and dairy. Add lil bit of Vaseline on your face after a shower.

wash your pillow cover every week. that shit is probably greasy as fuck

Buy a bath sponge. When you shower, (if you do), rub your face with it firmly so you know it's getting clean, but soft enough so that you don't hurt yourself or leave marks. Do this before and after using some sort of wash on your face and you should start seeing results in a week or two.
